First, we’ll meet with you to to hear more about your business, brand and unique vision for your project.
Afterward, we’ll go over concept development, and make a game plan for the overall design of your space. We might also talk through contractor selection, bidding help, and art installation design among other details, and if you’re interested, bring in our own architect.
Once we finalize project scope, get budgets approved and a contract signed, we’re ready to get to work.
We’ll start by developing shop drawings and layouts (seating plans, space planning, flow charts, etc.) We’ll review these with you as we go, work through revisions and coordinate meetings with your contractors and architects, city inspectors and building owners.
Finally, plans are ready for production. This likely includes more meetings with your contractor to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Once we’re 100% satisfied with our production work, we check in on contractors to make sure the rest of the details are finished correctly and that nothing has been lost in the process. We always make sure to communicate with city inspectors and building owners in order to follow code, avoid mishaps and build relationships with everyone involved in your project.
